Guidelines: Groups of 3 -5 staff members. Each group has 2 professional days per member that can be allotted as group decides. In addition to beginning and end of year meetings, group collaboration is encouraged. Consider use of email, blogs, etc. Administrator is assigned to each group as a liaison.

Join in on discussions of goals, observations, and reflections.
In addition to reflecting and meeting with the group, each member is responsible for submitting written mid-year and end-of-year reflections to their building administrator in accordance with the Supervision and Evaluation Plan.
